Security Deposit Options & Details
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required, pending screening approval, and is refundable. Alternatively, a $24/month deposit waiver is available and is non-refundable.

Application Fee: $50/applicant*
Administrative Fee: $150* due after approval
Trash Pickup: $20

We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount and the following:

  • Rental history verification
  • Credit & Background check
  • No evictions in past 2 years

We partner with OneApp to help applicants who may need additional approval support during the leasing process.

If your application does not initially meet our standard screening requirements, OneApp may be able to provide an alternative approval option to help you move forward with your lease application.
