This review is to express my honest opinion that Hamilton Square is a safe, quiet, and good valued place to live. The office staff are responsive, caring, flexible, and professional in all the interactions I have had with them. In the few months that I have been at Hamilton Square I have seen many significant upgrades being done... The manner that those in charge handle [unavoidable problems] is the test of quality: Hamilton Square gets an A+.

I have been at Hamilton Square just signing my 7th lease. Over the years I have been treated well with the staff and maintenance not only answering any calls but going beyond that to help me. I have very comprimised health and at times am unable to make it to the dumpster, yet the maintenance guys who ALWAYS wave and greet me, will take it out for me.

I have been at hamilton square for almost six months and im very pleased, the staff is friendly and maintenance is on top! The building and grounds are a little old and not new looking stuff but the prices are great. If you want to live in westfield a good area and you are trying to save money honestly this is not bad. Not the greatest but okay. One thing is that the parking is the bad part but hey! its an apt complex, anyways is a good area and okay space, and def cant beat the price!

Finding a nice place to live can be very difficult. I have been at Hamilton Square for two years now, and it has been the best place I have lived. Maintenance requests are done immediately, and the office staff is extremely helpful. The area is in a perfect location right off of the Monon Trail. I would highly recommend Hamilton Square to everyone!

The location is great because not only do you have easy access to nearby Carmel and Noblesville, but the community is safe and secluded. My neighbors are friendly and not noisy all. I highly recommend Hamilton Square Apartments to anyone that is looking for great value.

The staff and maintenance department especially are amazing. Very polite. Very attentive. The maintenance department is flat out awesome. Every issue I've had (not many) have been taken care of immediately and the work is top notch. I am resigning a new lease this week because of the staff and maintenance. The location, amenities, value and scenery (duck pond behind my apartment is awesome) are icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Westfield is a great area to live and Hamilton Square has the best prices in the area. Office Staff and maintenance are great and they follow up on everything almost immediately. I have been here for 2 years and so far it has been a great experience. I have few issues and before the end of the day they are completed. We get notifications about everything just in case you space out about something. I really recommend Hamilton Square to be your future home.
